Intel stock was falling Wednesday as more bad news was piled onto the chip maker, this time regarding its chipmaking process. According to a Reuters report that cited three sources familiar with the matter, Broadcom has been testing silicon wafers —a material used for producing semiconductors—at Intel’s manufacturing business. “We value our relationship with Intel,” a Broadcom spokesperson told Barron’s in a statement.
