On a per-share basis, the Sunnyvale, California-based company said it had a loss of 9 cents. Earnings, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, came to 9 cents per share.
The chipmaker posted revenue of $161.3 million in the period.
For the year, the company reported a loss of $11.1 million, or 39 cents per share, swinging to a loss in the period. Revenue was reported as $657.3 million.
For the current quarter ending in September, Alpha and Omega said it expects revenue in the range of $170 million to $190 million.
Alpha and Omega shares have increased 28% since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Wednesday, shares hit $33.44, declining slightly in the last 12 months.
