Aston Martin is enhancing its UK retail presence by opening a series of landmark dealerships, reinforcing its commitment to providing a tailored ultra-luxury automotive experience.
The latest addition, Aston Martin Birmingham, has officially opened in Solihull, following a £10 million investment by Grange, part of the Cambria Automobiles group. Located near the brand’s global headquarters in Warwickshire, this state-of-the-art facility covers 1,204m2 and has created 30 jobs.
The new dealership features a bespoke "Q by Aston Martin" customer specification lounge, which allows clients to configure their personalised Aston Martin vehicles digitally, as well as a showroom displaying eight curated models. The facility also includes a seven-bay aftersales service, equipped with the latest technology for ongoing vehicle maintenance.
This opening follows the launch of a similar facility by Grange in Edinburgh earlier this year, as the brand strengthens its footprint in key UK regions.
Further expanding its presence in the north, Aston Martin has also opened a 1,468m2 dealership in Leeds, operated by JCT600. The new Leeds dealership, located at Brooklands, offers a display of ten Aston Martin models, an ultra-luxury lounge, and a nine-bay aftersales facility. Customers can engage with personalised services, including a curated parts and accessories area.
These UK dealerships are the first to showcase Aston Martin’s new ultra-luxury vision and corporate identity, drawing inspiration from the brand’s global flagship location, Q New York, on Park Avenue.
Additionally, Aston Martin has introduced Marshall Motor Group to its UK dealer network, which will operate from Sevenoaks, representing the South East. The UK dealer network plans further developments throughout 2024 and 2025.
Marco Mattiacci, Global Chief Brand & Commercial Officer at Aston Martin, stated: “The investment in these landmark new UK retail locations comes at the perfect time, as we bring to market the most diverse, dynamic, and desirable portfolio within the ultra-luxury and high-performance automotive segments." He added that the investment reflects confidence in the brand’s new product line-up, including the Vantage, DBX707, DB12, and V12 Vanquish models.
This UK expansion complements Aston Martin’s European growth, with new showrooms set to open in Baden-Baden, Nürnberg, Hamburg, and Prague by the end of 2024. In Asia, the brand is also strengthening its presence, with the reopening of Aston Martin Seoul and the recent opening of Aston Martin Suwon in South Korea.
