British Car Auctions (BCA), an end-to-end fully digital B2B used car marketplace in the UK and Europe, has signed a new exclusive remarketing contract with Lithia UK.

The five-year exclusive remarketing contract is valid until 2029.

The collaboration leverages BCA's remarketing programmes and Lithia's extensive dealership network to optimise the used car supply chain.

Currently, Lithia operates around 200 dealerships in the UK under the brands Stratstone and Evans Halshaw.

Lithia Motors Group UK CEO Neil Williamson said: “BCA delivers a range of innovative remarketing programmes that maximise digital engagement and generate the best possible buying power for our stock.

“BCA’s logistics network, auction footprint and sales capability represents the most efficient volume vehicle remarketing model serving the UK used vehicle sector.”

Constellation Automotive Group, the owner of BCA, is Europe's largest vertically integrated digital marketplace.

It encompasses consumer-to-business, business-to-business, and business-to-consumer segments, including prominent brands like WeBuyAnyCar, cinch and Marshall Motor Group.

Constellation executive chairman Avril Palmer-Baunack said: “We are delighted that BCA has been awarded this exclusive remarketing partnership with Lithia Motors Group UK until 2029 and that they have trusted and invested in our partnership with their new consolidated UK group of companies and leadership.”

Last month, BCA and Sandal Group renewed their exclusive remarketing agreement into 2025, representing up to 1,000 vehicles.

Sandal Group caters to customers from BMW and MINI dealerships in Huddersfield and Wakefield.

The Sandal BMW/MINI Group provides executive as well as premium models with an average value of around £14,000 ($18,162).
