Gigi Ganatra Duff, Vice President of Corporate Communications, Departs Nordstrom
LEAVING NORDSTROM: Gigi Ganatra Duff, vice president of corporate communications at Nordstrom Inc., has left the Seattle-based retailer to join a tech company.
“After close to eight years at Nordstrom, I have accepted an offer to be the chief communications officer at a tech company, which will be officially announced in a few weeks,” Duff said in an email last week. “My last day at Nordstrom is Friday [Aug. 30].”

“This decision is bittersweet as I’ve loved my time at Nordstrom and am immensely proud of the work we do to make our customers feel and look good and to support our communities.”
Before joining Nordstrom, Duff served as chief marketing officer at Lionheart Capital real estate. Earlier, she worked at HSN as vice president of communications, and Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide where she handled public relations for W Hotels Worldwide, Le Meridien, St. Regis and The Luxury Collection.
Nordstrom has yet to name a Duff’s successor.
