Chargeurs PCC Fashion Technologies
Apparel interlinings manufacturer Chargeurs PCC Fashion Technologies established a new division dedicated to shirting fabrics and appointed Gianluca Tanzi as chairman and Giorgio Marcarino as CEO of the business unit.
Tanzi is an experienced global executive who has designed successful retail, wholesale and e-commerce strategies for various fashion groups throughout Europe and the United States. Since 2021, he has been the chairman and CEO of Chargeurs PCC as well as chairman of Chargeurs Luxury Fibers. Marcarino joins with decades of expertise in the high-end textile sector, where he held various roles in the sales operations and marketing areas of Italian groups. He joined Chargeurs PCC in 2022 as general manager of EMEA and, since 2023, has served as chief commercial officer.

Gen Phoenix
London-based engineered leather innovator Gen Phoenix has added two executives to its leadership team. Lisa Conway will serve as chief revenue officer and LaTres Jarrett will serve as chief strategy officer.
Conway comes with a background in sustainable business practice and sales leadership. In her new role, Conway will spearhead the transport seating business, leading the sales team and expanding revenues in relevant markets. Jarrett brings an extensive range of experience to Gen Phoenix, including 15 years at PepsiCo and seven at Bridgestone Tires. In this new role, Jarrett will develop growth opportunities in new and existing markets.

Insole and comfort footwear solutions firm OrthoLite has named Raj Santhana as vice president of operational excellence. As part of OrthoLite’s global operations management team, Santhana will handle the company’s manufacturing innovation as well as its automation and digital transformation. With more than two decades of experience in footwear and manufacturing, Santhana most recently worked at Bata as the global head of quality in Singapore. Prior to that, he spent seven years at Adidas in various roles.

Omni Retail Enterprises
Omni Retail Enterprises, an e-commerce company comprised of lifestyle brands, has named Cindy Kretzinger as head of product development and merchandising for Pier 1 Imports. She joins from the Container Store and previously served in senior merchandising roles at Loloi Rugs and Kirkland’s. Kretzinger worked at Pier 1 Imports for almost 20 years, starting in marketing and building her career through its merchandising organization.
