Temenos has introduced its on premises generative artificial intelligence (AI) with the NVIDIA AI platform to provide banks with real-time data insights.

This collaboration enables banks to process unstructured data on-premises, ensuring security and control.

Banks are set to benefit from Temenos' generative AI, which is built on the NVIDIA accelerated computing platform, including GPUs and AI Enterprise software.

The use of NVIDIA NIM microservices, part of the NVIDIA AI Enterprise software platform, allows Temenos' generative AI to achieve optimised AI inference throughput and latency.

This facilitates the deployment, scaling, monitoring, and management of AI models, providing banks with the agility to scale their AI capabilities in response to customer demands.

NVIDIA global financial services vice president Malcolm deMayo said: “AI is reshaping financial services, letting banks reimagine customer interactions and optimise secure, scalable and efficient operations.

“With Temenos’s integration of NVIDIA NIM microservices, banks can access real-time insights, identify areas for improvement, and deliver more personalised and responsive customer experiences.”

Explainable AI, a feature of Temenos' solutions, is applied in various areas including credit scoring and anti-money laundering.

It provides business users with immediate access to insights and reports, enabling them to improve operations, productivity, and customer engagement.

Furthermore, Temenos' generative AI solutions will be supported by NVIDIA's verified deployment architecture.

In September this year, Temenos partnered with Bahwan CyberTek (BCT) to develop Multi-Country Model Banks, supporting faster go-live with Temenos solutions for financial institutions.
