TERAGO Announces Election of Directors

TORONTO, June 26, 2024 /CNW/ - TERAGO Inc. ("TERAGO" or the "Company") (TSX: TGO), (www.TERAGO.ca), today announced results from its 2024 Annual and Special meeting of shareholders (the "Meeting") held on June 25, 2024.  All seven of the nominees listed in TERAGO's Management Information Circular dated May 27, 2024 for election to the board of directors at the Meeting were re-elected as directors of the Company. The directors will remain in office until the next annual meeting of shareholders or until their successors are elected or appointed.
