New parents can say goodbye to those sleepless nights…
Dr. Harvey Karp, a pediatrician and author of “The Happiest Baby,” teamed up with
MIT engineers to develop the first-ever smart crib to help soothe your infant to sleep.
It’s called Snoo, and it works by mimicking sounds of the womb.
It comes with a swaddling blanket to prevent your baby from rolling over into dangerous positions.
Built-in microphones can determine what kind of cry your newborn has and will play a specially designed white noise to help soothe the baby back to sleep.
But sleep doesn’t come cheap. The Snoo will set you back $1,150.
That may sound a lot, but it’s cheaper than a night nanny.
