The US is expected to have 30 million electric vehicles by 2030 and to support that, more EV charging infrastructure is needed. The electric vehicle charging company EVgo received a $1.05B conditional loan commitment from the US Department of Energy to expand its network and has recently partnered with GM to install 400 additional charging stalls.
