Nvidia hits a new record, mortgage rates dip below 7%: Yahoo Finance

With Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSM) estimating sales in its current second quarter could rise as much as 30% due to demand for semiconductors used in AI, the sector competition continues to heat up.
