Tesla (TSLA) shares are jumping this morning after it was reported President-Elect Trump is planning to ease restrictions on self-driving vehicles. The news, reported by Bloomberg, has added to Tesla's recent surge following the election. Spirit Airlines (SAVE) has filed for bankruptcy protection. The news comes after the budget airline's merger talks with Frontier (ULCC) failed to move forward.
