Ulta Beauty is no longer the youthful, fast-growing retailer it used to be. At least, that is the message the beauty retail company should have tried to convey at its investor day on Wednesday. After losing about a quarter of their value so far this year, Ulta Beauty shares rose 1% following the presentation.
