(NASDAQ: CTRM), (“Castor” or the “Company”), a diversified global shipping company, announces today that it has extended the expiration date of its previously announced tender offer (the “Offer”) to purchase all of its outstanding Common Share Purchase Warrants issued on April 7, 2021 (the “Warrants”). The Offer is now scheduled to expire at 5:00 P.M. Eastern Time on May 31, 2024, unless further extended.
The Offer was previously scheduled to expire at 5:00 P.M. Eastern Time on May 20, 2024. The other terms of the Offer are as set forth in the Offer to Purchase dated April 22, 2024, as amended on May 16, 2024 and the Schedule TO including the exhibits thereto, dated April 22, 2024, as amended on May 16, 2024, each as amended and supplemented from time to time, and each of which have been filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) and more fully set forth the terms and conditions of the Offer.
