The Toronto Stock exchange has granted the Company an extension to hold its annual general meeting this year on or before September 30, 2024. The Company did not hold its Annual General Meeting within six-months of its year end due to the development and execution of its recently announced $20 million term loan financing, which was ongoing during the period leading up to the original meeting deadline.
