Tenley Zinke has joined Kering Americas as vice president corporate communications and community engagement.
She succeeds Kate Babb Shone, who has left the company after serving in the role since June 2022.

Most recently, Zinke was the founder of Just Thinking Consulting, a strategic communications and chief executive officer advisory company. Before that, she was vice president, marketing and communications for Fendi Americas, prior to which she was senior group director, global PR strategy and development for Tiffany & Co.
Zinke has also headed communications for Net-a-porter and was vice president, international and corporate PR for Polo Ralph Lauren. She has also held roles at LVMH as director of communications for Celine, Christian Lacroix, Kenzo and Loewe.
In her new role, Zinke reports to Laurent Claquin, global chief brand officer, Kering, and Ewa M. Abrams, president of Kering Americas.
In June, Claquin, who had been president of Kering Americas since 2012, became global chief brand officer, and was put in charge of communications for the French luxury group, relocating to Paris from New York, as reported.
Zinke will be based in New York.
